A brief preliminary discussion is free and helps establish whether I can assist. Detailed advice, document review and representation are paid services. Where suitable, I offer a fixed fee and confirm the work included in writing before you decide whether to instruct me.
For many benefit decisions, mandatory reconsideration normally needs to be requested within one month. Appeal deadlines depend on the decision and stage of the case. Late challenges may be possible, but contact me promptly with the decision date and any deadline. Making an enquiry does not extend a time limit.
